To achieve certification each website undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.1 to level AA.
The site underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blind, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger and anxiety and panic disorder.
All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

- First name last name, 01234567890, Apprenticeship date: 30/04/2021, click on can’t find your school and can’t find your college, how did you hear about multiverse? – Other, click Next
- Select your ethnicity, then select No or prefer not to say on the radio buttons, then click next
- Select “Build Profile”
- Select “Add work experience”
- Check the “Ongoing” Check box
- Enter dummy data and then select “Add a skill”, Select “save”
- Add qualifications- click on add 3 qualifications
- Click on Add and select any subject and grading A, 3 times, Click Save. Make sure that one has software development selected
- Click “Save”
- Click on Add an achievement
- Click on Award
- Select Duke of Edinburgh in award title
- Click on ongoing
- Click on Add Skill and Add Teamwork
- Enter Test Test in the form field, click Add skill
- Click “Save”
- Click on Answer 3 statements, select any answer from the dropdowns, enter test in the answer field, click next ( 3 identical steps)
- Click on finish building profile on the modal
- Profile page (Do not select Request a reference)
- Click on Jobs in the header
- UK Apprenticeships page: click on “Completely filled in JD – 1 at Red Wind
- Job page: Select “Apply now”
- Thank you for your interest, Modal – Click on “Got It” to continue
- Logout
Journey 2
- Login to manager portal
https://platform-staging.multiverse.io/manager/login - Click on candidates in the header, and select UK candidates
- Find and click on your Candidate name you assigned in journey 1
- Progress your candidate through to approved (click verify grades, then phone screen) this will change to Kick off
- Click on Book KO, enter a date and a time then click on Book
- Select “Edit candidate”
- Add atleast 7 approved qualifications including Software engineer level4 , Data literacy level 3
- Close the model (qualifications will update )
- Select “Admission notes incomplete” section
- Enter “Test Test” under the summary edit box
- Check the right to work check box
- Select the coachability dropdown and choose “4”
- Select the “Curiosity” rating as “4”
- Select the “Grit” dropdown and choose “4”
- Select the “Interpersonal Skills” dropdown and choose “4”
- Select the “Personal impact” Dropdown and choose “4”
- Select the “Professionalism” check box and choose “4”
- Select “Submit”
- Select Kick off (This will change to approved)
- Logout
Journey 3

- Log into candidate portal with your DAC details you registered with
- Click on the job you applied for under your interests
- Click on Apply now for the job again
- Your application Modal – enter Test in field and click continue to proceed through
- Click send application ( this will update and application will send )

Login to manager portal – https://platform-staging.multiverse.io/manager/login
- Select candidate in the header and choose UK candidates from the list
- Choose your candidate Name from the results
- Click on the job in ‘Open applications Applied (1)’
- In the modal enter test in cover letter and notes and click save on both
- Exit Modal
- In the Companies/ Redwind/ Completely filled in JD 1 header select REDWIND
- In the list of Employees there is an email that should say redwind@example.com copy and paste this for journey 5
- Logout
Journey 5
- Log in as employer with above credentials

- Click on candidates
- Select Your candidate from the list
- Click on make a decision and select Progress to interview from the dropdown ( this will update as successful )

Login to manager portal – https://platform-staging.multiverse.io/manager/login
- Click Apprentices, then UK apprentices from dropdown
- Click Task, then click assign to cohort from the list
- On the qualification Tab, select Data literacy Level 3
- Under apprentices, Click on a name
- Click assign to Cohort
- Click on candidate then UK candidate
- Click on your candidate in the results
- Click on open applications Applied
- Under applications check that your candidate is in the screening interview stage
- Logout
Journey 7
Log in as employer with above credentials

Click on Completely filled in JD 1 from the list of roles
- Click on candidates
- Select interviewing, then select your candidate
- On Make a decision dropdown, select ‘Mark as Hired’

Login to manager portal – https://platform-staging.multiverse.io/manager/login
- Click on delivery, then click Cohorts
- Under cohort name, select Data literacy Level 3
- Data literacy level 3 page: click copy link
- Logout
- Copy the link in a new tab
- Apprenticeship application page: click Get started
- Create your account with your details from Journey 1
- Select company from the list
- Enter a different email address and password
- Click on terms and conditions, then click create account
- Confirmation sent to email
- Please check email you provided in step 9
- After confirming, the page will update, click on login with your email and password from step 9 to continue application
