High Priority Issues (Level A)

• The skip doesn't appear on all pages.
• Focus order is not correct in places.
• Non-descriptive links and buttons.
• Links and buttons were found without accessible text.
• Links were found that use general text like 'Click Here' with no surrounding text explaining link purpose.
• The visual label must appear in the accessible name of links and controls.
• Multiple heading level ones have been used.
• IMG elements must have an accessible name.
• Decorative images are not ignored by screen readers.
• Clickable controls are missing ARIA roles.
• Document title were found to be blank.
• Data tables row and column headers were not marked up using th elements.
• Active elements must not appear as a descendant of another active element.
• PDFs must be tagged to be accessible by screen readers.
• Figures and images in PDF documents should have non blank ALT text.
